Schedule timeline (Gantt)
A timeline view of the schedule allows you to display a graphical representation of the project schedule, a Gantt chart. The schedule timeline shows all tasks and milestones defined in the project. You can customize The Gantt chart view by filtering schedule items and collapsing and expanding task groups. The Gantt chart lets you quickly edit the project schedule by moving items around.
The Gantt chart displays tasks, milestones, and summary tasks. Tasks are displayed as wide bars. Milestones are displayed as rotated squares. Collective tasks are displayed above groups of tasks as narrow bars with hooks pointing downward at both ends of the collective task.
By default, schedule items with a status of Not Executed (Progress = 0%) are displayed in light blue, and those with a status of Executed (Progress = 100%) in dark blue.
Gantt chart functions
The Gantt chart allows you to perform several actions, which are also available from the schedule list. In the timeline view of the schedule, you can also open the panel of a schedule item by clicking on its name. This allows you to perform all available actions without returning to the list view.

Export Steps:
- Open the project you want to export.
- Go to the Schedule tab and select the Gantt chart view.
- Find and click the Export button. A list of export options will appear.
- Choose the file format for exporting the Gantt chart: XML, PDF, or PNG.
Note: The exported file will contain the current view of the Gantt chart, including filters and zoom settings.
The file generation will begin, and it will be automatically downloaded by the browser.
New PDF preview behavior: when you click Export with the PDF format selected, the document opens in the browser’s built-in PDF preview in a new tab instead of being downloaded directly. From the preview you can save the file, print it, or close it — using the standard browser controls.
