System settings
System settings (Administration menu) is where an administrator adapts the application to the organization. On the left is a list of settings sections, each opening as a separate page:
- Organization and System information — organization details, security and versions (see Organization and System information),
- Workspaces — Workspaces; Project roles — Project roles,
- Project statuses — Project statuses; Project health — Project health; Schedule attributes — Schedule attributes,
- modules that can be switched on and off: Budget, Risks, Time tracking, Resources, Review, Scoring, Project charters, Products and Strategy (see Switching modules on and off); Approvals — Approval paths,
- integrations: Jira (Jira integration), Microsoft Entra ID (Microsoft Entra ID integration) and Webhooks (Webhooks).
System settings are available to system administrators (see Users and permissions). On a narrow screen the list of sections turns into tabs.
Organization
The first settings page, Organization, contains these fields. Changes are saved immediately, when you leave the field or switch the option:

- The organization logo — attached and changed in the logo field.
- The organization Name (required).
- Default system language (see Organization default language).
- Two-factor authentication — Enable / Disable. When on, all users must confirm sign-in with a code from an e-mail (see Two-factor authentication).
- Login methods — Password + SSO or SSO only (see Sign-in methods). The field is visible when sign-in through Microsoft or Google is configured in the environment.
A demo organization also shows the Delete an organisation button. After you enter the organization name, it permanently deletes all its data, with no possibility of restoring it.
System information
The System information page shows read-only data: the API version, the Application version, the last mongo migration, the organization’s File size (attachments and other stored files, in B, KB, MB or GB) and the License — the number of Full and Standard licenses and the Expiration date. The file size lets you keep track of space used against the plan limit. User licenses are assigned in Users and permissions.

Project statuses
A project status describes the stage of a project’s life, for example planning, execution or closing. Statuses are collected on the Project statuses page. A status has a Name and a Color, and the order on the list is the order in the application.

- Click Add. The Add status window opens with a randomly picked color.
- Enter the name and pick the color.
- Confirm with Add. The status is available in project settings.
Clicking a status on the list opens the Edit status window. Change the order of statuses by dragging (the handle appears when you hover over a row). The Delete button is available when there is more than one status; when deleting you choose a replacement status that all projects with the deleted status get (Deleting this project status will unassign it from all associated projects).
Project statuses are also used by a Resources module setting: in it you choose the statuses whose work counts towards the workload (see Allocation counting).
Allocation counting
An administrator decides globally which projects enter the calculation of people’s workload in the Resources module. The Allocation counting section on the Resources page of system settings does it (visible once the module is switched on).

- Click Settings in the Allocation counting section. A window with the list of all project statuses opens.
- Switch on the statuses whose projects should count towards the workload.
- Optionally, switch on Include archived projects under Archived projects.
- Save.
Projects in statuses that were not ticked can be shown separately in the workload view as Untracked projects (see Organization resource workload). The other module settings are described in Resources module settings.
Switching modules on and off
The Budget, Risks, Time tracking, Resources, Review, Scoring, Project charters, Products and Strategy modules are switched on and off for the whole organization with the Enable / Disable switch at the top of the module’s page in system settings. A module also has further settings, available once it is on. The change is saved immediately.
- Open System settings and choose the module page.
- Switch the module to Enable or Disable.
Switching off does not delete data — it hides the module’s tabs and functions from all users, and after you switch it on again the data is visible again. The organizational structure module switches itself on when the organization has at least one department (see Organizational structure).
Organization default language
The Default system language field on the Organization page sets the language that new users of the organization get. Invitations and names created when copying elements are also sent in that language. Each user can then change their own language in the profile (see User language).
- Open System settings; the Organization page opens by default.
- Choose a language from the Default system language list. The change is saved immediately.
