Project list

The project list is the first screen of the Projects module. It shows the projects you have access to, either granted directly or through a workspace. Administrators see every project in the organization. Archived projects are hidden by default.

Columns and sorting

The project name is always shown. You can switch the other columns on and off with the Columns button: Workspaces, Project status, Project manager, Last viewed, the creation date and any project attributes made available on the project list.

Click a column header to sort the list. By default, projects are ordered by when you last opened them. The application remembers your columns, sorting and grouping.

Note: the Workspaces column and the workspace filter appear only when your organization has more than one workspace.

Filtering and grouping

The Filter button opens the filter bar. The Filter by name field narrows the list to projects whose name contains the text you type, and further conditions are: project status, project manager, workspace and list-type project attributes. This is also where you choose to show archived projects.

The Group by button arranges projects into sections by workspace, status, project manager or a list-type attribute. You can combine up to three grouping levels, for example workspace and then status.

Your filter is remembered, so when you come back to the list it is filtered the same way.

Favourite projects

Hover over a project name and click the star to add the project to your favourites. Favourite projects are always at hand in the application side menu. Click the star again to remove a project from your favourites. Your favourites are personal — other users do not see them.
