FlexiProject is a platform that provides several useful features, but we realize that not all are needed immediately.

Therefore, you decide which functions you want to use, and those you don’t need can be turned off. This makes the interface more transparent and more intuitive. When your organization grows and needs additional capabilities, you can turn them on anytime.

Everyone doesn’t have to have full access to all information.

In FlexiProject, you can store sensitive data on company strategy or project finances and decide who has access to it. The platform allows you to customize individual access permissions for employees, both globally and at the individual project level.

Organizations’ most common project roles are project manager, sponsor, steering committee, or project client.

However, some organizations have a business customer role or a project board. In FlexiProject, this is not a problem because you can define the necessary project roles yourself and give them access rights to the software.

Indeed, you implement more than one type of project in your company. That’s why FlexiProject allows you to define the categories of projects you carry out.

According to the categories you create, you can build your own reports or filter projects on different views in the system.

When designing the schedule in FlexiProject, we may not have anticipated the complete list of attributes you will need.

However, this is fine. In the program, you can design any set of additional attributes yourself that will be used on projects. These attributes will allow you to build various task reports and filter extended schedules.

FlexiProject allows you to design your project card templates. Your idea card, project card, or project closure card will be exactly what you need.

You can build a different card template for marketing projects and another for production projects. The project card is integrated with the rest of the system functions to ensure complete data integrity.
