Deviations from the baseline show up on the schedule, next to each task. In the budget you compare the plan, the cost incurred and the forecast to completion. Both views sit in the same system, so you do not switch between tools. You also collect deviations across every project in the portfolio view and in the review report.

You score ideas with your own criteria and weights. You send the scoring survey to several assessors and see the average, the spread and each individual answer. You set separate scoring models for different project types. A project already under way gets scored again, so you decide whether to continue it.

A strategic goal carries a baseline, a target and a current value. Goals form a tree with subgoals, and you link projects to them with a level of influence. Scoring criteria can connect to strategic goals too. The board sees goals, their KPIs and the projects that deliver them on one screen.

The licence includes Jira integration, Microsoft Teams integration and SSO sign-in through Microsoft Entra ID. An open API covers your own integrations. You exchange schedules with MS Project in both directions, and report task progress from the mobile app.
