A change to the plan goes through a change request, and the current and proposed plan sit side by side before approval.

Yes. Triskell imports and exports .mpp and .mpx files and has a connector for Microsoft Project. FlexiProject imports .mpp files with dependencies, baselines and calendars intact, exports them back and imports Excel with column mapping. The imported schedule becomes a project plan with a baseline, risks and products attached, so nothing stays behind in the desktop file.

Yes. Triskell manages budgets and actuals at any level, with multi-currency, multiple rates, time-distributed costs and forecasts. FlexiProject keeps plan, spend and estimate to complete on every budget line, with revenues and margin in the same table. Invoices come in from the accounting system, budget changes pass approval and stay as versions. Deviations reach the board in standard reports without a spreadsheet built before the meeting.

Yes. Risks in Triskell are objects with their own attributes and workflow, and they appear in dashboards and Scrum boards. In FlexiProject the risk register is a module of every project. It has a configurable matrix, categories defined by the administrator and a response plan per risk. A risk links to the task it threatens and shows as a warning icon on the Gantt chart. It rolls up to the portfolio and the review report on its own.

Triskell reports through configurable dashboards, scorecards and a datamart, and you can export the data to Excel or Power BI. FlexiProject runs the review as a cycle. Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Entra ID and Active Directory connectors are part of the full license.

Yes. Triskell is delivered only as SaaS in the vendor’s cloud. FlexiProject runs in our cloud in the European Economic Area or on your own servers, with the same modules in both cases. You can start in the cloud and move to on-premises later. Portfolios, goals and reviews in strategic project management software work the same wherever the system sits. For banks, defense suppliers and public bodies this is often the first question in the tender.
