Every project lists the products it hands over. A product has an owner, an acceptance date, criteria and the tasks that deliver it. At the end nobody argues about what counted as finished.
The charter holds the goal, scope, success measures, milestones and the business case. It reads data from the schedule, the risk register and the budget. Each approved version stays in the archive with the comment of the person who signed it.
You decide who approves the charter, the plan and a budget change, in what order and in what role. The decision saves the person, the date and the comment. An audit reads the history without asking the PMO for files.
Reviews have a calendar per portfolio and reminders before the date. The report reads numbers from the schedule, risks and budget. Management decisions stay next to the figures they were based on.
A template covers the whole project, not only the task list. Projects of the same type start with the same phases, cost items, typical risks and products. The PMO keeps one standard without checking every plan by hand.
Products are the part of a plan that survives a change of dates. Each one has an owner, an acceptance date and the criteria the sponsor accepts it against. Yes. The server version has the same features as the cloud, and Clarity also offers an on-premises edition. The difference is what comes with it. Broadcom officially supports seven languages in Clarity: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese and Brazilian Portuguese. Other languages are left to the customer, who exports the caption files, translates them and uploads them back. Clarity is licensed per user in three paid types, with view-only accounts sold in packs. FlexiProject charges for people who plan and manage projects.
