Project schedule
FlexiProject allows you to customize the schedule to meet your unique needs and advanced requirements, giving you complete control over the project’s progress. You can quickly build a schedule for a project of any scale. The level of the recess of the task structure is unlimited. You can divide the project into phases, stages, tasks, and milestones.
Schedule history
The history of schedule changes is essential for tracking progress, analyzing changes, and making decisions. With the project schedule history, you can access the full path of changes, which will help you manage the project effectively. Every action affecting the schedule and its tasks is recorded in the history.
View schedule history
- Navigate to the project whose history you want to view.
- Under the schedule tab, click the History button in the project.
A schedule history panel appears, with changes listed in order of most recent.
Each history element has a section presenting a list of schedule elements impacted by the change. Clicking it will bring up a window with a list of related changes.
Restore the schedule changes
Sometimes, even the most experienced users need support in undoing changes to avoid errors or unwanted effects. FlexiProject provides an intuitive way to restore previous states or cancel modifications made. Undoing changes are available in the task history and schedule panel.
To undo a change, you must restore the schedule and tasks to their state before the change occurs. It is possible to restore the state before the last five actions. The project administrator can undo any change. Other users can only withdraw their changes.
The complexity of the schedule and the strong links between projects and other components prevent you from undoing some actions, such as:
- The last change is to undo the change
- Change of working days in the project
- Adding and editing days off in the project
- Add and edit schedule fields in system settings and schedule settings
- Other global changes affecting the project schedule
- Linking and disconnecting a Jira project
Restore the schedule to the state before the change.
- Navigate to the project whose history you want to view.
- In the project, under the schedule tab, click the History button.

A schedule history panel appears, with changes listed in order of most recent. An “Undo changes” button is next to the changes You can restore. - Click on ‘Undo Changes’.

It will restore the schedule status to the previous version. If another user performs an action that prevents undoing simultaneously, a message will appear to inform you. After you confirm, the history panel refreshes to show its current state.
Restore the task to the state before the change.
- Navigate to the project whose history you want to view.

- click on the desired task under the schedule tab in the project.
The task panel containing the task history tab will appear. In the History tab, a list of task changes listed in order from the most recent is available. An “Undo changes” button is visible next to the changes You can restore. - Click on Undo Changes.

You have restored the task (and schedule) status to the previous version. A message will inform you if another user performs an action that prevents this undoing simultaneously. Once you confirm the message, the task panel refreshes to its current state.
