Organization settings
Customizing FlexiProject to align with your organization’s workflow is essential for maximizing operational efficiency. Proper configuration ensures seamless integration with your existing corporate culture, maintains data consistency across projects, and guarantees compliance with internal regulatory requirements. By tailoring these settings, you enable your team to achieve business goals more effectively.
Organization Information
This section allows you to define the basic identity and regional settings of your system.

In the main menu, expand the Administration group.

Go to the System Settings tab and select the Organization sub-tab.

Upload your organization’s Logo.

Enter the Name and Address.

Set the default Language for the application from the drop-down list.

Click Save.

The changes have been applied globally to all users.

Information tab — disk space
The Information section in System Settings now displays the amount of disk space used by your organization (attachments, exports, and other stored files). This makes it easier to monitor usage against the limits of your subscription plan.
Managing Project Stages

Define the lifecycle phases that projects in your organization typically follow.

Go to Administration > System Settings > Project Stages.

Click the Add button.

In the Add Stage window, enter the stage name.

Assign a Color to represent the stage visually.

Click Add.
Risk Management Settings
Configure how risks are assessed by defining Probability, Impact, and Categories.
Probability and Impact Scales:

Go to Administration > System Settings > Risks.

Under the Probability or Impact tab, click the + Add button.

Enter the value name and click Add.

To adjust the order, drag the values in the list. The first item represents the lowest value.
Risk Categories:

Under the Risk Categories tab, click + Add.

Enter the category name (e.g., Financial, Technical) and click Add.
Deleting Values: If you delete a scale value, the system will prompt you to select a “migration value” to ensure existing risks remain properly linked.
Project Stages for Workload Calculation
The system administrator can globally decide which projects should be included in the employee workload calculation in the Resources module.

In System Settings, go to the Resources tab.

Locate the Project Stages for Workload Calculation section.

Selecting a stage means that all projects currently in that stage will be included in the workload calculation.

By default, newly created stages are not selected.

Module Management (Enable/Disable)
FlexiProject allows you to simplify the interface by disabling modules that are not currently required.

In the main menu, expand the Administration group and go to System Settings.

Go to the tab with the name of the module you want to manage (e.g., Budget, Risks, Resources, Scoring, Strategy, JIRA).

Enable or disable the module by checking/unchecking the checkbox inside the tab.

If a module is disabled, its associated options are hidden, but previously entered data remains saved in the background.
