Language in the system

FlexiProject offers many languages in which each user can choose the program displays.

Setting the Default Language for the Organization

  1. Expand the Administration group in the main menu and go to the System Settings module.
  2. Select a language from the Default application language drop-down list under the Organization tab.
  3. Click Save.
    You’ve now set the default language for the organization. FlexiProject supports many languages and will send organization invitations in this language.

Changing the User’s Language:

The user language is the language in which the application will be displayed. Built-in elements of the application, such as bookmark names, are translated. Entered data, such as options in a drop-down list type schedule field, will be displayed in the language in which it was entered.

  1. Click your user avatar to expand options and select User Profile.
  2. The user Information tab will open. Here, could you choose your preferred language from the Language drop-down list?
  3. Click the Save button.
    You’ve now changed your user language. The application will display in this language, including built-in elements like bookmark names. However, the entered data will appear in the language it was entered in.
