About the Art of Projects Conference

Art of Projects 2026 took place in Budapest in May 2026. It is an international conference organized by PMI Budapest, Hungarian Chapter, bringing together project leaders, PMO professionals, executives, and researchers to explore how organizations can deliver value while navigating uncertainty.

This year’s edition focused on how project management is evolving in response to increasingly complex business environments. Key themes included:

FlexiProject breakout session: How modern PPM software supports better decisions in uncertain times
