One of the key points of the first session was the joint presentation by Włodzimierz Makowski (Member of the Management Board at FlexiProject) and Bartosz Kwiatkowski (Project Manager at Phytopharm Klęka S.A.), titled: “The Transformation of Project Management at Phytopharm Klęka S.A., or the Power of Synergy in Practice.”
During the presentation, participants were able to learn about the real-life path of transforming project management in a company from the pharmaceutical industry. The speakers discussed:
Special attention was also given to the implementation of a project management system, its impact on team efficiency, as well as future development plans and maintaining project standards within the organization. The presentation demonstrated in a practical way how well-planned synergy between technology, processes, and people can effectively support a company’s growth.

The stage of the 28th IPMA Poland Conference featured experienced leaders, business experts, representatives of large organizations, and the NGO sector. The diversity of perspectives, industries, and experiences allowed participants to view project management from many angles and to find inspiration for implementing changes in their own organizations.
As every year, the conference was also an excellent opportunity for networking, informal discussions, and building valuable business relationships. Direct exchange of experiences among project management practitioners is always one of the greatest strengths of this event.
During the ceremonial Gala accompanying the 28th IPMA Poland Conference, the winners of two prestigious competitions were announced: the Polish PMO Award 2025 and the Polish Project Excellence Award 2025. The Gala was a true celebration of mature project management, innovation, and effective teamwork.
As part of the Polish PMO Award 2025, for the first time the jury presented awards in two categories:
This new division of categories made it possible to more accurately recognize both organizations building PMO structures from scratch and those that are successfully developing already mature project offices.
In turn, the Polish Project Excellence Award 2025 recognized the best projects in four categories:
Research and Development, Infrastructure Projects, Innovation and Change, and Social Projects.
This year’s initiatives once again confirmed the high level of maturity and quality of project management in Polish organizations, as well as their real impact on business development and the social environment.
