Project Management Transformation at VIVE Group

During the presentation, representatives of VIVE Group demonstrated how the transformation of project management was implemented and the key role played by the Project Management Office (PMO) in achieving the organization’s strategic goals. They shared the story of how the PMO was established and evolved, as well as its mission, objectives, and practices that significantly improved project efficiency. They also presented FlexiProject used in daily PMO and project management work, highlighting practical functionalities such as schedules, project charters, risk registers, reports, and project portfolios. They showcased how VIVE Group successfully strengthened its project management culture and enhanced the execution of key strategic initiatives through a modern and value-driven PMO.

In the second part of the presentation, we briefly introduced FlexiProject – a tool supporting project and portfolio management – and demonstrated how artificial intelligence has been implemented into the system to provide even stronger support to users in their everyday project work.
