Operating in the highly competitive cosmetics industry, Torf Corporation launches a number of new, innovative products to the market every year. The design and implementation of each new product is treated as a separate project. It was the increasing number of new projects related to the development of innovative products from year to year that led to the need to implement a professional project management system. Torf Corporation decided to implement the FlexiProject project and portfolio management program.

🧩 Course of implementation

As a first step after the implementation of the FlexiProject system, a detailed breakdown and refinement of the standard of the new product implementation process was undertaken.
